Generate helps you run promotions by sending paid traffic ("click packages") to affiliate links you provide. We do not operate the affiliate programs themselves.

We do not promise income, conversions, or commissions. Results can vary based on your offer, landing page, affiliate program rules, tracking, and other factors.

• You are responsible for the affiliate links you submit and for ensuring your campaigns comply with the applicable affiliate program terms and all laws.
• You must not use the Service for spam, misleading offers, prohibited content, or any illegal activity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing and availability of click packages may change over time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

• Artificial traffic (including bots, incentivized clicks, or any activity intended to manipulate clicks or payouts) may result in forfeiture of earnings and a ban from the Service.
• We decide, in our sole discretion, what counts as artificial traffic.
• Payouts may be delayed and/or reversed during a review window.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that traffic will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Generate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
